As an Inbound Account Executive at Jolt, your primary responsibility is closing deals with new customers, without the need for pipeline building or lead sourcing. We provide a steady,high-quality flow of inbound leads through our dedicated SDR team, allowing you to focus on quick turnarounds and maximizing your close rate.
Here’s What your Role will Involve:
- Close High-Volume Leads Quickly: Handle a high volume of inbound leads with an emphasis on quick turnarounds, prioritizing efficiency and closing speed. This role is ideal for AEs who thrive on making deals and enjoy focusing on the finish line.
- Leverage Inbound Lead Flow: With leads continuously provided by our SDR team, you will not need to prospect for new clients. Your time is dedicated to refining your sales techniques and closing sales, not building a pipeline.
- Drive High-Impact Change: Join a newly-formed team with a direct line to influence Jolt's growth and direction. Your insights and feedback from customer interactions will shape how we improve our product, creating real impact across the company. - Jolt Platform Expertise: Become an expert on the Jolt platform, ensuring you can convey its full value and application to customers across various industries.
Earning Potential
- This is a commission-only role with an OTE of $175,238, offering uncapped commissions and accelerator opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an SDR/BDR or Account Executive, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work onsite.
- Industry knowledge in Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or Retail is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
