About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Deal Desk Analyst to join our team in Lehi. As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in contract execution, transfers, and amendments, as well as assisting the sales team with quote creation for our current customer base. The role involves acting as a liaison for tasks that require coordination across multiple departments, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient task completion. Some of your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Execute contracts, ownership transfers, and amendments in collaboration with our Customer Success, Sales and Billing departments.
- Assist the sales team in the creation of quotes for the current customer base.
- Act as a central point of contact for tasks that involve coordination across multiple departments.
- Utilize Salesforce for efficient case management and documentation.
- Occasionally engage with customers by phone call and email to gather information for case resolution.
- Develop and maintain a playbook for standardized processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Deal Desk Analyst is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory.
- Ability to work in the office Mon-Fri.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a case-based environment.
- Excellent responsiveness to ensure timely resolution of cases.
