About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you are a key player in fulfilling Jolt's mission to 'Empower everyone to love their work and live their life.' You will take ownership for building and maintaining relationships with customers in your book of business with a special emphasis on the implementation side of customer success. Your challenge is to ensure each customer renews their relationship with Jolt. You will do this by increasing Jolt usage in each store, expanding their current relationship with Jolt, and providing additional product training as needed. You will be an advocate for the customer and ultimately do what it takes to help them have a seamless customer experience. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:
