About the role and how you’ll make an impact:

Jolt is seeking a candidate who is proficient with pay-per-click (PPC) ads and technical SEO (search engine optimization) to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment. We currently have an amazing website that is practical, fully functional, and user friendly. In this role, you will have a greenfield opportunity to drive SEO rank performance, traffic, engagement, and conversions. Core PPC responsibilities include strategy, tactical execution, continuous improvements, and reporting of all PPC campaigns. If you are someone that is proactive in bringing solutions, suggestions, and recommendations to continually cost effectively generate demand for our company, this is for you! Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Heavy focus on SEO responsibilities with some additional paid search campaign management.
  • Utilize various tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Build PPC strategies and deliver PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective channels, based on analysis, monitoring, best practices, and active decision making.
  • Lead the prioritization of optimizations based on impact and business goals.
  • Monitor, report, and present on performance, competitor insights, project status, and other KPI’s.
  • Actively work to improve site speed and page ranking
  • Identify SEO-related growth opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, in order ensure spend optimization is maximized
  • Test ad copy, landing pages, bid recommendations, and new betas within paid search campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven experience as a PPC and SEO Strategist
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency with major online advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Professional knowledge and application of Hubspot
  • A proven track record of driving results (SERP rank, traffic, engagement, and conversions)
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus*
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus*
  • Content writing is a plus*
