Job Description

As the Partner and Alliance Program Manager, you will be a key part of Jolt’s indirect channel sales team focused on referral and integration recruiting and development. This will be an opportunity where you will get to own this recently launched program and make your mark!

In this role, you will be an individual contributor pursuing outbound and inbound leads. You will be working with channel partners where your focus will be on collaborating to develop strategies for their success with Jolt, as well as Jolt’s success! Your ability to uncover and find referral and integration partnerships will be valuable as you help the team drive continuous improvements to support Jolt’s rapid growth. You will be equipped with outbound campaigns and skilled mentorship to set you up for success.

As a self-motivated and hands-on team player, you will adapt to ever-changing processes and make an impact as we scale Jolt to the next level. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Uncover/find referral and integration partnership opportunities
  • Field incoming requests and leads for partnerships
  • Handle administrative duties including paperwork and onboarding requirements
  • Build a referral partner community
  • Care and development for partner channel onboarding
  • Be the main liaison between the Jolt channel partners and Jolt

Qualifications and Preferences:

  • Sub-channel sales experience
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time for trade shows or industry events
  • Experience building a partner program (nice to have)
  • Experience with Hubspot (nice to have)
