What you'll own

As a Customer Success Manager located in Chicago, you are a key player in fulfilling Jolt's mission to "Empower everyone to love their work and live their life." In your strategically placed location, you will work with our large enterprise level customers. You will take ownership for building and maintaining relationships with customers in your book of business. Your challenge is to ensure each customer renews their relationship with Jolt. You will do this by increasing Jolt usage in each store, expanding their current relationship with Jolt, and providing additional product training as needed. You will be an advocate for the customer and ultimately do what it takes to help them have a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer’s renewal, usage, and adoption of Jolt product features.
  • Promote maximum value of the product, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Coach customers to ensure they are leveraging all available Jolt resources, including training, marketing, webinars, support, etc.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers along with their common objectives.
  • Create brand ambassadors by generating referrals, references, and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Must live in Chicago
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar role
  • Experience training customers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Comfortable managing a growing book of business
  • Experience working in the food industry is a significant plus, particularly QSR
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
